Turkish Institute for Progress are we advertising for Obama or to compel the Armenians to work with us?

Even though we haven't made much progress in Turkey among the internal groups, it could be possible that one day we will establish a dialogue within Turkey.  Then hopefully get some sort of dialogue with Armenians.  We try so hard with our advertisements - are the Armenians paying attention to this at all?
